Gift Card Sales are final.

Valid only at the independently owned and operated Elements Massage studio identified on this site.

Redeemable only for session type identified on card. Sessions include time for consultation and dressing. 

Treat card like cash; no replacement if damaged or stolen. Card expires five years after date of purchase. 

A service fee of 3% will be accessed monthly after the twenty-fourth month of dormancy. 

Promotional value; if applicable, expires one year from date of purchase. Paid value does not expire.
